Alette Mulder is an experienced hormone, menopause and nutrition expert. She guides and trains employers and employees in the field of vitality and sustainable employability. She does this based on her specializations in hormones, nutrition, menopause and lifestyle. Alette believes it is important that we break the taboo surrounding menopause.
Her interest in this theme arose during her personal experience with ovarian cancer in 2013. The disease immediately caused her to enter (post)menopause. During recovery, she looked for ways to stay vital and took courses such as the Basic Medical Knowledge course and the training program to become an Orthomolecular Nutrition and Supplementation Advisor, Hormone Factor Trainer and Life Coach.
These courses have further increased her awareness of the impact of hormones on total well-being. She discovered that many complaints are related to the functioning of hormones. In 2016 she decided to share that knowledge with others. Based on that wish, she started her own practice as a hormone and nutrition expert.
Her expertise in combination with Marja Beumer's idea to draw more attention to working women in menopause and to retain this target group for the labor market, turned out to be a powerful connection. Alette started as a Vitality Coach at Projob Coaching & Training. She subsequently played an important role in the operational establishment of Pro-Homeostasis, our center of expertise for working women in menopause. The following issues are central to the individual programs that Alette guides: insight into the functioning of hormones, dietary patterns, nutritional supplements, the importance of exercise and the effect of stress factors. With a tailor-made plan of action, she ensures that people gain insight, take control and improve their vitality.
As a Coach & Trainer, Alette gives presentations, training and workshops on hormonal functioning, vitality and sustainable employability. She focuses on various target groups within companies and organizations, such as HR professionals, managers and employees. She also provides further training to labor experts, case managers and company doctors on this important subject matter.
